Whether you’re back from a long day at the beach, lake or river or you’re planning for a day of shopping in crowded malls, this is the quick and delicious meal you needed. How might we do this? We’d like to pair a favorite Mexican dish, Chicken Fajitas with wine from south of the equator. So, if you love Mexican food, wine and the holidays, then you need to add this pairing to your hot list of “Must Try Recipes & Pairings”. Ok, so we just made this list up but we think it’s a pretty good list idea. Besides we’re confident it will have you and your guests singing “Feliz Navidad!”
