With a prep & cook time of 35 minutes, this Sicilian Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza dinner for 2 will be ready in a snap so pour yourself a glass of wine, allowing it to open up (breathe) for maximum enjoyment.



a. 12 inch thin pizza crust (premade)

b. 1 cup tomato sauce

c. 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

d. 7 oz sliced pepperoni

e. Bocconcini



a. Preheat oven to 375 ℉.

b. Evenly spread tomato sauce on pizza crust, followed by mozzarella cheese.

c. Place in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese begins to lightly melt.

d. Add pepperoni and Bocconcini.

e. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until cheeses are melted and crust is golden brown.

f. Let pizza cool for 7 minutes before serving. Slice, plate and enjoy.
